• Registration fee includes

• Welcome reception
• Admission to all conference sessions
• Conference materials
• Coffee and tea breaks
• Poster session refreshments

• Optional fees
  

• Lunches: 15€/day
• Conference banquet (Thursday 7 July): 80 €
• Accomodation at the student residency: 45 €/night including breakfast

• Accompanying person fee includes

• Welcome reception
• Sightseeing tours (wednesday afternnon excursions are not included)
  

• Payment modes
  

  Online payments are possible by credit card or bank transfer.

  French participants have the opportunity to pay their registration fee by "bon de commande".
  

  On site payment  will be possible by cash only. Cheques and credit card are not accepted. For on site payment, please contact iccc2016-secretariat@sciencesconf.org
  

• Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be notified by email at iccc2016-secretariat@sciencesconf.org

• Refund for cancellations received before March 1, 2016 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 €.
• Cancellations received between March 2, 2016 and June 1, 2016 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration cost (total cost).
  
• No refund for cancellation received after June 1, 2016.
